Terms of ServiceSince everything on the page is a unique item, please allow 1 week for your purchases to be created. Items will all be shipped (together, if more than one) immediately thereafter. If you would like updates about your purchase as it's being made, please feel welcome to email me at any time, and I will happily send you photographs of your in-progress item.
If you are ordering a specialty item (only 1 in stock), please allow 2 to 3 business days between your order being placed and your purchase being mailed out. If you need your items by a certain date, please include that in your order finalization email to me.
All items will start being worked on or shipped once payment is received and cleared through PayPal, and a confirmation email has been sent to you with your finalized order. If there are any unforeseen circumstances which delay the creation or shipment of your item, I will let you know and we will definitely work something out. As I mentioned, please do allot 7 for your items to be made if you're ordering a different size, style, or color. During the holiday season, kindly plan for a 2 week time period from the time the order is placed, to the time the order is completed.
If, when you receive your item, you are unhappy, please contact me as soon as possible so we can work on resolving the issue. If you decide you want to return your item, you will have 15 days from the day your package was received to contact me and to send back your item. If an item is returned that was used, worn, or damaged in any way, you will not receive a refund. If I notify you that your purchase cannot be returned for refund, you have the option to request that the item be sent back to you. In this case, you will have to pay an additional shipping cost, unless discussed otherwise.
For exchanges, I must also be notified within 15 days of receipt of your purchase. The piece must be returned in perfect condition, which means it's clean, unworn, unwashed, doesn't smell, and isn't defective in any way. If the product costs more, you will be responsible to send the additional cost via PayPal before the replacement item is shipped. If the new product costs less, I will refund you the difference before the new item is shipped.
Items that have been washed, worn or used, have odors of any sort, or have unraveled will not be considered for a refund or exchange.
Finally, please follow the directions regarding how to properly care for your items. Each item will have specific care directions sent with it, but all have the same rule: hand wash only! This is to ensure the quality of the product you've received. Crocheted stitches can come out pretty easily if they get caught on something, so I highly suggest keeping your items away from a washing machine. If an item was washed improperly, I cannot refund you. As the buyer, you are responsible for caring for your items as noted.
